In this test, an innovation is a new or significantly changed way to improve the activities and results of the workplace. Either in the form of new products, services, processes, organisation or communication.
- The innovation must be new to the workplace itself, but may have been used or developed by others before.
- The innovation must have been put into use during the last 2 years.
- Do not include changes that have not led to improvements.
- Include both the innovations you have invented yourself and those that follow from others' demands or ideas for you.
The test takes approximately 7 minutes to complete – depending on your answers.
